Experience Working in Tanker Industry
Responsibilities
- Ship Operations Management: port clearance, bunkering, and agent nomination.
- Financial and Billing: freight invoicing, demurrage charges, and accounts receivable.
- Documentation and Data Management: maintain maritime-related data and documentation.
- Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with involved parties
- Claims and Compliance: handle the writing and management of claims
- Work closely with the finance team on credit and invoicing matters.
- Handle administration tasks whenever necessary (Ad HOC Duties)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in maritime studies or equivalent
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in tanker/ chartering industry
