Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative cricket-related products tailored for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the cricket industry, particularly in product development, and have the ability to manage projects from conception to launch. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project management of cricket products, ensuring that all milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product designers and engineers to develop high-quality cricket equipment, apparel, and accessories that cater to the needs of both amateur and professional players in India.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in cricket, including equipment standards and player preferences. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and post-launch performance.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of cricket products, maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Requirements:

- Cricket Expertise: Deep knowledge of cricket, including the latest developments in cricket equipment and market trends in India.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from start to finish.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and an understanding of manufacturing processes related to sports equipment.
