Job Details:
- Basic up to $3,200
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Location: Jurong East
Job Scope:
- Handle full set of accounts, including GL, preparing monthly financial statement and quarterly, yearly reporting independently for two or three companies.
- Monitor and update of cash flow on daily basis
- Support and prepare documents and material for auditing and tax purposes
- Manage account payables and recoding
- Perform intercompany transactions reconciliation
- Maintain fixed assets recordings and filings
- Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation
- Inter office liaison and other correspondences, recording, distribution and filing
- Assist in ad hoc admin and finance assignment when required
