Job Description:
· Process purchase orders and requisition
· Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment
· Source and evaluate suppliers' performance
· Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements
· Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system
· Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties
· Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times
· Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant experience in supplier management/procurement/Supplier Sourcing, Evaluation, Selection, Audit, Negotiation, Preparing Contract & Agreement, Change Control, Non-confirming Supplier Handling, preferably in Medical Device/Pharma/Manufacturing industry
