Financial Management

  • Responsible for managing Country P&L, revenue, gross profit, and Country EBITDA.
  • Collectively working closely with other regions, entities, and business units towards achieving a healthy Group EBITDA.
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise feasible solutions necessary for business improvements.
  • Responsible for annual budget and producing detailed annual business operating plan which includes of monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue, profits, cash, and cost management.

Business Strategy Management

  • Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. This includes end-to-end management of Company’s product offerings.
  • Make high-quality business decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
  • Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

Sales & Business Development

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
  • Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Ability to build strong solid relationship that is necessary for any future business opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Internal and external (client & partner facing role) with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization and be the focal point to any external stakeholders.

Business Operations Management

  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the product the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
  • Responsible for the overall end-to-end business process lifecycle value chain within the organization and ability to identify areas of improvement necessary for maximizing business performance and overall productivity.
  • Oversee supply chain and production functions and ensure minimal human errors, process issues, system and workflow issues, inventory fulfilment, inventory discrepancies, stock count, etc.

People Management

  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing team that strive towards delivering high-performance culture.
  • Responsible for retention and turnover, recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring, coaching, and training.

Others

  • Other tasks assigned from time-to-time.
