Job Description:
• Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region
• Conduct demand planning based on customer’s requirements and forecasts • Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ
• Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain
Qualification & Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan HQ
