Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of EA support on a day to day basis
- Handle calendar management and scheduling
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight reservation and hotel accommodations
- Manage stationery supply, office equipment and pantry supply
- Respond and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
- Handle confidential documents
- Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes and follow up on action tasks and deliverables
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners and internal team
- Provide secretarial support to other Executive Committee members when needed
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Min. 2 years of related work experience preferred
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm
- Work Location: City Hall
- Salary: Up to $4500
