Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving MOF from store and projects.
- Source materials from minimum 3 suppliers to evaluate the pricing and availability, and get approved from management.
- Present the results for decision and issuance of PO.
- Make payment arrangement for purchase.
- Follow up on order status, delivery timings, etc to receive the goods in a timely manner which to the site or store.
- Ensure received goods are the correct items, quantity and storage within site or company. If have any quality issue, then need to attend.
- Keep record of purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices for filling.
- Liaise with Delivery and Accounts for incoming/ outgoing payments and collection/ delivery of material.
Requirements:
- Prefer have at least 2 to 3 years experience in Purchasing Steel Related Material.
- Prefer have related certificate.
- Can work independently.
