Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial reporting, relevant disclosures and other daily operating reports.
- Responsible for converting monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements from Singapore GAAP into China GAAP. Follow up on new accounting standard adopted under SFRS and China GAAP.
- Timely submission of various periodic reporting, reporting/announcement and annual statutory/management reporting requirements.
- Ensure all relevant disclosures complies with SGX rules and company's relevant disclosure policies and procedures.
- Prepare, review and analyse consolidated financial results.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, communicate on key audit matters and minimize audit differences and adjustments; cooperating with internal audits, self-assessment etc.
- Liaise with accounting department and ensure relevant asset and equity transactions complies with asset management policies/procedures.
- Translation of documents into both English and Chinese languages on demand.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, CPA/ACCA or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ related working experience in finance reporting/FP&A
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, Word
- Team player with strong analytical skill
- This role will work closely and communicate with Chinese counterpart
