POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a service-minded and solutions-orientated logistic coordinator to join the Marine Logistics arm within the Wrist Group. Working Experience within freight forwarding – knowledge within airfreight and cross trade would be plus to this position. This role reports to the Transport Team Lead. Capability in connecting with shipping companies, ship management firms and suppliers would be essential to the success of the role.
SPECIFIC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating logistic cases/assignments within sea freight, airfreight, road etc. (without handling freight documents)
- Managing the assigned clients and cases on the daily logistics needs
- Communication with clients, suppliers, and agents.
- Handling of price-request from clients.
- Strong Follow up.
- Follow up on the billing on the completion of assigned cases.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
