Select Group is hiring a Head of Marketing to oversee the Hawker Brands portfolio. The individual is responsible for the short and long term planning of the marketing strategy in line with the company’s vision. The role involves leading the marketing team in the full spectrum of market to drive sales for the portfolio.
Job Description
- Build and manage overall marketing strategy to drive business top line and profitability
- Manage marketing budget by optimizing spend allocation
- Plan, lead and manage all marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within the marketing budget
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marketers
- Review all content for marketing materials
- Work closely with operations team to create and execute new products to boost sales
- Keep updated with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations
- Manage all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required
- Manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Creative flair with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts
- Good people management skills
