We are partnering with a successful FinTech start-up in the payments space that has achieved significant growth since launching their product and is now actively expanding their Customer Success teams.
The person will be responsible for developing and strengthening client relationships with Southeast Asia region, with a primary focus on Singapore.
Responsibilities:
· Build and strengthen client relationships in the Southeast Asia region, with a primary focus on Singapore.
· Develop and implement strategies to boost client engagement and satisfaction
· Drive client retention by ensuring seamless renewals and identifying opportunities for account growth.
· Leverage technical tools and data analytics to manage campaigns effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction and successful renewals.
· Coordinate internal teams to maintain smooth business operations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key objectives.
· Provide exceptional pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience.
· Manage weekly client engagement updates, promoting transparent communication and coordination.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management.
· Strong business acumen, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
· Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on various projects along with internal obligations.
· Passion for business and a drive to improve and grow assigned client accounts, with a continuous mindset of innovation.
