Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information on business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT or development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop process models and diagrams to represent current and future state workflows.
- Propose solutions and improvements to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Work with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with overall business strategies.
- Participate in solution design sessions, providing input on business needs and ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible and effective.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or similar are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a focus on process improvement, system analysis, or project management.
- Experience working in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, IT) may be required depending on the role.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, or other process modeling tools.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to analyze and report on data.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
