Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Engineering Assistants, Technicians, and Operators to meet daily production outputs/qualities.
- Support production line smoothly and stable so as to ensure good quality products being produced.
- Identify problems and solve them within efficient and effective time management.
- Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
- Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed.
- Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
- Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
- Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities.
- Responsive to environment changes and able to commit to OT when required for operational purposes on weekdays / weekends when necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering field / Diploma in Engineering with 2 years in the high-volume manufacturing.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in the cleanroom environment.
