Job Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end F&C solutions that align with the organization’s business goals and financial processes.
- Develop architecture blueprints and detailed designs for finance and controlling modules within ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO).
- Ensure that the architecture integrates seamlessly with other business systems and supports scalability, security, and performance.
- Analyze current finance and controlling processes, identifying areas for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design solutions that streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Lead the implementation of F&C solutions, coordinating with technical teams, business analysts, and external consultants.
- Oversee the integration of F&C modules with other business applications, such as procurement, sales, and HR systems.
- Ensure that data migration, system configuration, and customizations are carried out effectively and align with the overall architecture.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) or certifications in finance, accounting, or SAP (e.g., SAP FI/CO certification) are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing F&C solutions within ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong background in finance and accounting, with a deep understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting.
- Experience leading large-scale implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP FI/CO modules, and their integration with other modules like MM, SD, and HR.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with data migration, system configuration, and customization within ERP environments.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and financial reporting systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to enhance financial processes and system performance.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis for system issues and design long-term fixes.
