Job Description
· Responsible for performing order processing through PSA Haulier Community System.
· In charge of performing permit declaration through Crimson logic.
· Taking charge of performing payment and courier service on behalf of customer.
· In charge of performing shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent.
· Responsible for performing transportation coordination with haulage operation team.
· In charge if warehouse and depot coordination with warehouse and depot operation team
· Provide daily and monthly customer’s report to the company
· In charge of gennerating monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme Import or Export report for customer.
· Performing of Monthly accrual submission
· In charge of executing closure for all completed HCS orders in PSA HCS system.
· Check all PSA relevant charges are transmitted into PSA HCS system.
Requirements
· Minimum O Levels and above
· Minimum 2 Years of working experience in logistic industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Proficient in PSA Haulier Community System
· Willing to work 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
