Razer Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our executive team as the Associate Vice President, Global Head of Razer Gold. This is a senior-level role that will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Razer Gold, our virtual credit platform that empowers gamers with seamless and convenient digital transactions across various gaming ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the global strategy, operations, and expansion of Razer Gold, ensuring its continued market leadership and sustained revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Global Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for Razer Gold, aligning with the overall business objectives and growth plans of Razer Inc.
- Business Expansion: Drive the expansion of Razer Gold into new markets and gaming ecosystems, identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities to solidify its position as a global leader in virtual credit services.
- Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing innovative pricing models, partnerships, and marketing strategies to maximize the monetization potential of Razer Gold.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key gaming industry partners, payment providers, and technology vendors to enhance Razer Gold's offerings and global reach.
- Product Development and Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of Razer Gold's features, user experience, and platform capabilities. Drive continuous innovation of the Razer Gold platform, incorporating user feedback and market trends to enhance user experience, features, and functionalities. Stay ahead of industry trends to position Razer Gold as a leader in the gaming payments space.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to drive individual and collective success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of executive leadership experience in a global technology, gaming, or fintech company, with a focus on digital products and services.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, virtual economies, and digital payment ecosystems.
