Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in large scale iconic building projects. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify on new business opportunity and prospects.
Job Description:
- Reports to Managing Director & General Manager
- Competent in identifying potential vendors and proposing strategic collaboration with prospective clients
- Developing BD framework consisting CRM trackers, marketing and business development strategy
- Identifying new pipelines and working closely with counterparts to develop competitive proposals and presentation
- Identify strategic long term portfolio and furnishing market intelligence and reports
- Conduct market research on potential projects through business connections along with competitors analysis
- Coming up with project strategy, understanding client profile and their financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Business / or construction relevant
- Possesses at least 10 years of relevant business development experience in construction industry, especially for large scale high-rise buildings, mixed development, residential, industrial etc.
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
