- Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree knowledge level in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
- At least 20 years working experience in chemistry and chemical engineering-related work.
- Worked on multiple new chemical factory construction projects.
- Experience in managing projects multiple times.
- Speaking English and preferably Japanese.
