Operations Executive

Autopoint Performance Pte. Ltd.

Assist the Manager with ensuring that all procedures and requirements are adhered to

· Ensure jobs are created timely in the system

· Ensure parts are ordered timely and taken into account accurately

· Ensure smooth flow of daily operations and shortest turnaround time for customers and drivers

· Respond to breakdown of vehicles timely

· Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, servicing and inspection schedule

· Discuss and report to manager in any enhancement for daily operations, and assist the manage in implementation of productivity initiatives

· Report to manage if there are any discrepancies, non-compliance, accidents or escalation from customers

· Sending of vehicles for test drive and inspection when required

· Ensure all documentations and supporting documents are filled in the system timely

· Ensure data entries are completed by the end of the day

· Ensure parts arrived in the workshop are accounted for, labelled and stored in the storeroom

· Ensure the availability and procedural flow integrity and functionality

· Assist the manager upon request and perform other duties and assignments as required

· Maintain customer's requirements and confidence at all times

· Liaises with internal team to ensure seamless operations flow

· Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules

· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

· Educate and raise awareness of company security to employees on a regular basis to reduce employees from falling into victim of phishing attack

· Perform other IT or system related task assigned by the management

· Good soft skills to communicate with other employees

+ Education and Experience

· NiTEC or Diploma in any field

· Fluent in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin colleagues and customers

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail- oriented, independent, highly motivate, result drive, good team player and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines

· Skill & Knowledge/Technical & Professional Skills

· Class 4 License required

· Preferred more than 5 years of working experience in customer service or coordination work

· Ability to work independently and within a team
