Job Description:
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, design, and quality standards. Report to the QP as Resident Engineer (RE) and the Project Manager.
- Coordinates and manages daily construction activities, ensuring that work aligns with project plans and technical specifications.
- Oversee on-site quality and safety, handle technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage materials and labor to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Plan and schedule construction operations according to the Project Management Plan.
- Coordinate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and resolving technical issues.
- Liaise with clients on design submissions and supervise work progress.
- Conduct inspections for civil work, including excavation, structural work, and casting.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Implement effective Environmental, Safety, and Health practices on-site.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore
- Qualified & Recognized RE certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ C&S work experience with strong knowledge in construction of building structures.
- Preferably Building and Civil work experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
