- Handle full spectrum of HR activities
- Coordinate in recruitment activities and handle on-boarding process for new hires
- Compensation and benefits administrations
- Coordinate internal/ external trainings
- Exit administrations
- Ensure compliance of work processes (aligned with HR policies)
- Support ISO 9001 & 14001 administrations
- Assist in general office administrations
- Any other duties/ projects assigned from time to time.
- Diploma/ Degree graduate with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of current HR practices, Employment Act, Workplace Health and Safety Act and ISO 9001 & 14001 will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Must be meticulous, responsible and possess ability to work under pressure.
- Must have good communication & interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of hierarchy.
- Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Possess the willingness to learn and excel
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
