Job Summary:The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage market insights to shape effective marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Drive initiatives to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and ensure professional growth and development for team members.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns and channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and marketing tactics.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and reputation.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand market reach and enhance brand presence.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving cost-effective results. Track expenditures and optimize spending to maximize return on investment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and marketing ROI for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an e-commerce environment.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and data-driven marketing. Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Innovative and creative thinker with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Communication: Hindi language is essential to communicate effective with counterparts in India affiliated entity.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics in response to changing market conditions.
