E-Commerce Assistant Manager

As an E-Commerce Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering category growth, aligning closely with the KrisShop brand's vision and mission. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing category sales, orchestrate brand and promotional campaigns and ensuring a robust representation of brands and product assortments on KrisShop. You will be instrumental in nurturing brand partnerships and vendors through the strategic planning of brand campaigns and on-site activities. Being adept in vendor management on operational processes, campaign rollouts and leading brand initiatives are vital components of your role. Your ability to seamlessly handle operational and administrative tasks will be essential.

1. Develop and execute end-to-end campaign management and marketing strategies

2. Aligning strategies with the respective campaigns and category's goals

3. Responsible for driving sales target for each category.

4. Responsible for crafting marketing, merchandising strategies for the categories/brands and products

5. Responsible for product assortment planning and strategy development in line with BU's objectives to create a balanced assortment to achieve sales and profitability

6. Responsible for maximizing sales and profit by collaborating with sales channels (online/offline) to propose product assortment for the respective channels

7. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate key performance metrics, review successful mechanics and to identify areas for improvement

8. Lead brand launches in online and offline activations

Requirements

1. Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and selling

2. Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.

3. Proficiency in product listings on ecommerce platforms.

4. Familiarity with ecommerce seller management.

5. Strong business acumen, with the capability to derive actionable insights that fuel business expansion.

6. Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

7. A preference for meticulousness and proficiency in handling administrative tasks.

8. Outstanding time management skills and the capacity to multitask effectively.

9. An advantageous background in consumer electronics will be considered an asset.
