Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the VMware SDDC environment.
- Handle, investigate, and resolve issues related to VMware SDDC products, including basic troubleshooting of issues involving third-party products that interact with VMware solutions.
- Assist in delivering periodic health check reports to end customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base content, including solutions to problems, best practices, and informational articles.
- Generate and manage custom dashboards and ESXi server hardening integration reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
- Require experiences implementation and administration with VMware infrastructure
REQUIRED SKILL-SET
- System architecture including DR design experience is an advantage
- Able to work effectively in a team setting
- Decisive with the ability to multi-task
- Relevant technical certifications, such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft are preferred
- Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with neighbouring countries is a plus.
