Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Architect / Main Contractor / Sub Contractor on all project matters
- Work with internal departments to ensure the Project progress in accordance with the timeline
- Coordinate material delivery to site
- Project administrative work
- Proper documentation on all site variation/changes
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Architecture / Project Management
- Good Communication skill
- Team player as well as able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Task oriented
