Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reports.
- Monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines and standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review the annual budget, working closely with various departments.
- Perform budgetary controls to ensure expenditures are within budgeted limits.
- Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage assets, including asset tracking, valuation, and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage inter-funds transfers as required.
- Prepare and file tax reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance
- Experience in supervising / staff management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle fast pace environment
