Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute annual power shutdown processes.
- Develop and follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for power shutdown, ensuring safety considerations are addressed.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate water tank cleaning activities.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed prior to cleaning, including safety and hygiene measures.
- Develop and implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Conduct fire drills and ensure employees are trained in fire safety procedures.
- Provide clear explanations and documentation on fire drill execution and emergency response practices.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities management or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management
- Must have experience in annual power shut down and water tank cleaning coordination.
- Possess FSM certification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
