Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements on a regular basis.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Prepare and review financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
- Handle day-to-day accounting queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to fast pace environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
