Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance work with contractors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage property-related documentation, including lease agreements, renewal contracts, and maintenance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of property budgets and financial reports.
- Ensure that properties are well-presented and adhere to company standards.
- Assist in the leasing process, including property viewings and tenant screenings.
- Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Local Poly Diploma in Property / Facilities management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in property / facilities management
- Candidate who possess FSM will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
