Job Responsibilities:
- Supports to Tender and Bidding Team such as preparing Bill of Quantities, Request for Quotation and final submission price
- Handles and Supervises contract management of designated projects
- Supporting in sourcing and comparing quotations for the project materials request
- Preparation and Submission of Monthly Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Settlement of Final Account and ensuring all Invoices are submitted in a timely manner.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Training will be provided for those without/with lesser experience
