Job Description
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with proficiency in .NET programming frameworks to join our team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, investigating bugs, handling change requests, and conducting business analysis for existing or new customers. You will work closely with the project management team during the development process and may also contribute to resolving issues within your assigned projects. You may also be assisting in product development work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers or product managers on various development tasks and provide technical support to internal teams as needed
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing deployments
- Handle change requests from customers or stakeholders and ensure timely implementation of changes
- Conduct business analysis for new projects or customer requirements
- Participate in the development process by providing input on design decisions and code reviews
- Contribute to resolving issues within your assigned projects
- Independently perform necessary research learning on unfamiliar technologies, topics, and technical knowhow when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience with C#, Microsoft.NET programming and .Net Core is a must-have for this role
- Experienced in Python programming
- Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or NodeJS
- Experience with image processing or AI technologies would be an advantage, but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
