Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of the Tenders to ensure it is aligned with the Company’s requirements
- Preparation of Tender Clarifications
- Contribution in cost and price calculations
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and make adjustment to suit the frameworks given by the Developers.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Ensuring pre-qualification and tenders are undertaken to meet Clients' requirements and sufficient resources are available to complete tenders
- Review of complete enquiry and ensuring technical and contractual requirements are reviewed
- Arranging technical and commercial meetings as necessary
- Preparation of pricing, including costing of resources, verification of resource requirements and timings for lump sum elements
- Coordinating the preparation of proposal, ensuring such meets with client requirements or is suitably qualified
- Post submission clarification of Tender and revisions to tender following changes to client's requirements
- Ensuring that proposals are technically competent, innovative where appropriate, fully addressing the client's stated requirements or agreeing preferable solutions/alternatives in advance of submission
- Cost Economics knowledge is essential.
- Provide leadership, advice and support to staff within the Team
Job Requirements:
- Experience with preparation of Tender Clarifications with LTA project.
