Job Description
We are seeking highly talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our BD Department. As BD (Creative) Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and execution of visual designs across various mediums, as well as supporting the Marketing team. Duties and Responsibilities:

- a) Execute website formulation from design, content creation to operational stages; and provide timely support for websites maintenance, including updating of articles and images, etc.
- b) Execute assigned Human Resources Development & Management related activities
- c) Create 2D and 3D artworks using software in accordance with company's specifications
- d) Design and produce traditional and digital advertising artworks as required
- e) Generate visual assets for games & apply game theory for gamification of curriculum contents
- f) Produce illustrations for Chinese curriculum materials based on teachers' directives
- g) Participate in offline / online marketing planning and development activities, include effective formulation and running of digital marketing ads, coordinating marketing events, etc.
- h) Work with marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media contents
- i) Create engaging contents for various social media platforms, including videos & photographs
- j) Ensure all creatives produced are aligned with company’s branding image and not plagiarised
- k) Coordinate with external entities such as ad agencies & large-format printers, when necessary
- l) Teach / substitute teach at least one preschool or lower primary level class, when necessary
- m) Assist in logistical preparations for lessons and events at the support centre, when necessary
- n) Support front counter operations, include handling enquiries and phone calls, when necessary
- o) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Section Head and/or Department Head.
Job Requirement
- 1. At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the edutainment, entertainment, or retail industry. Fresh graduate will be considered by merits.
- 2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, including digital and print media, with examples of original illustrations and hand-drawn work.
- 3. Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- 4. Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
- 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing requirements.
- 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 7. A strong creative vision with an understanding of how to design for different audiences.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
Technical Competencies:
- 1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- 2. Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
