Job Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective end-to-end process with onboarding new hires.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Responsible for annual manpower projections, budget preparation and submission and utilisation.
- Manage the manpower reporting analysis.
- Deliver human resource operations to meet service standards.
- Provide performance management guidance to the Leads and the line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
- Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by Leads and line managers.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in human resource management.
- At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower dashboards, etc.
- Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
