Xing Flashing Delivery is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This position primarily involves database creation and management, market research, part-time customer service support, and handling various day-to-day operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong data processing abilities, market analysis skills, and be capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Creation and Management:
- Responsible for the creation and continuous optimization of the company's database, ensuring the rationality and scalability of data structures.
- Work closely with the business team to understand business needs and provide data support through statistical analysis and data mining.
- Develop and refine data analysis methodologies and requirements across different business areas, collaborating to implement data products or reports, and gradually achieving data productization, automation, and intelligence.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research, collect, and analyze relevant market data, providing data-driven market insights and strategic recommendations.
Customer Service:
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing efficient customer support, and improving customer satisfaction.
Daily Operations Support:
- Assist in handling various day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Preference for candidates with a background in Statistics, Big Data, Mathematics, Algorithms, Information Management, Economics, Marketing, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
- Internship experience in algorithm application is preferred.
- Only open to SC and PR.
Skills Required:
- Ability and willingness to learn big data processing and analysis, with familiarity in using common data analysis tools like SQL, R, Python, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and other office tools, with the ability to effectively present data and analysis results.
