· Generate, check, file and update documentation related to quality system such as operating procedures and inspection reports
· Receives and reviews documents generated by site QC and QAQC Engineers before submitting to billing department
· Coordinates with the billing department for project documentation
· Assists Project Manager in reviewing and preparing project’s specific documentation as per client’s requirement
· Prepare and maintain database for individual projects
· Coordinate with client representative for inspection and delivery of items sent for service
· Coordinate with client QAQC department for documents required for specific projects
· Coordinate with site supervisor for job status/progress
· Support the operations department on quality related issues
· Assist the QAQC Manager to handle quality related issues
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Immediate supervisor
