Able to manage client intake meetings & site survey
Brainstorm and propose creative solutions
Prepare 3D renders and present winning designs to clients
Develop design/detailed drawings
Prepare colour scheme and material board
Source competitive quote/materials/samples
Prepare Construction Specification/Design Documentation/Sample Board
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
Min 2 years design experience in high end residential
Creative conceptual design ability with a flair for winning designs
Able to work under tight schedule
Have experience in technical/detailed co-ordination and drawing
Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing
proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel, and any other design software
Good team player and proactive
Able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
Takes pride in seeing a project to completion.
