Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description : The primary role is to plan construction projects, and oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. To responsible for the overall budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling project.
Key Responsibilities & Activities :
- Supervision and oversight entire construction project
- Review the project execution plan, ensure compliance to specifications, design and program
- Coordinates with Client, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Supervision Teams
- Monitor site construction in compliance with building and safety regulations
- Verify and review technical submissions and method statements
- Ensure timely completion of project.
- At least 5 Years experience in construction trade
Requirements:
- Advance diploma and above
