Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description : The primary role is to plan construction projects, and oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. To responsible for the overall budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling project.


Key Responsibilities & Activities :

  • Supervision and oversight entire construction project
  • Review the project execution plan, ensure compliance to specifications, design and program
  • Coordinates with Client, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Supervision Teams
  • Monitor site construction in compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Verify and review technical submissions and method statements
  • Ensure timely completion of project.
  • At least 5 Years experience in construction trade

Requirements:

  • Advance diploma and above
