Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's evolving hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with company goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Ensure robust and efficient screening processes, lead executive-level interviews.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand and address their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business strategies.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years and above in a recruitment setting, including at least 4 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for specific industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, etc.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Certification in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects and initiatives.
