This role mainly assists in the function of Accounts Payable with some Fixed asset support
Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice Processing:
-Verify invoices for goods, services, and bills (e.g., rental, utilities, license fees).
Communicate with suppliers regarding Statement of Accounts, invoice discrepancies, and payment inquiries.
2. Payment Processing:
-Prepare necessary payment documents, including payment lists, supplier reconciliations, and payment vouchers for payment approval
-Manage petty cash and validate staff reimbursements.
3. Record Keeping and Reporting:
-Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions using MYOB.
-Assist in yearly fixed assets sightings and maintain the fixed assets listing.
Requirements:
1. LCCI or Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent).
2. Prior accounting experience in similar capacities is preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel, and familiarity with MYOB is advantageous.
4. Ability to work independently, follow guidelines, and meet deadlines.
