Job Purpose: be involved in Marketing and Events e.g. student activities, social media publicity, website updates/revamp and a nation-wide healthcare event
Job Scope:
· Event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live national events, commencement dinner, exhibitions, and student events
· Responsible for events related theme and related event’s communication materials and updates
· Manage and coordinate with event organisers, corporate communications and administrators from different healthcare clusters and multinational organisations
· Creation of marketing collaterals and dissemination to target audience especially on social media platforms
· Manage website updates and revamp
· Speaker management and serves as point of contact for all stakeholders to run the national level event
· Negotiates and coordinates services with events, catering, venue, website and other logistical vendors
· Ability to think strategically, creatively and manage projects from initiation to completion, including agency management, planning, budgeting, timeline management, coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration.
· Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management
Requirements:
· Background in Marketing, Events Management
· Experience in designing marketing collaterals, website updates i.e. WordPress
· Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in event management.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
· Great interpersonal skills, possesses creative mind, independent worker and able to multi-task
· Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making skills.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
Additional Information:
· Salary – Up to S$3.6K per month
· Commencement Date: Immediate until 31 Jan 2025
· Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
· Location: Kent Ridge
