Contract Details:
- This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs, offering a promising long-term career path.
- Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
- May require travel between office sites at Ayer Rajah Crescent and Changi North Rise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support and maintenance services to clients onsite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain various IT systems and equipment.
- Provide proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Ensure all service requests are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role providing onsite IT support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
