Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures and standards to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
- Engagement with customer for resolution on issues and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in manufacturing field.
- Able to work under stress, dynamic and fast pace manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork mindset, posses effective organising and communication skill as need to cohesively work with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing will be added advantage.
