As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be in charge of planning and leading the company's merchandising activities and achieving the assigned team's growth targets. You may also be tasked with retail supervisory duties to oversee daily store operations.
You will deal with multiple parties in the workplace, such as colleagues and external customers, as part of managing in-store/distribution operations.

- - Establish relationships for customer confidence over multiple customer touch points - Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- - Supervise retail operations - Monitor stock availabilities & conduct restocking to ensure onshelves stock availabilities
- - Monitor visual merchandising presentation & maintain housekeeping standards at retail site - Monitor operations of roadshows, promotions and/or events
- - Supervise retail staff (if applicable)
- - Monitor fulfilment of customers orders via store pick or delivery service
- - Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- - Troubleshoot customer queries related to product knowledge, order processing, shipment and returns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per month

- 5.5 working days (Sat half-day)
