Job Description & Responsibilities
• Lead the development and operational management of the brand, including brand marketing, product management, retail promotion strategies, store display and maintenance, staff motivation, and management.
• Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales targets and develop and execute retail strategies across various stages.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of brand standards and retail promotion strategies across all stores.
• Provide insights on product planning and support selection based on a thorough understanding of products.
• Manage administrative and document-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with experience in frontline operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese language, as this role involves liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong independent management and crisis-handling skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, with a willingness to take on challenges and a passion for the fashion industry.
