JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute all scaffolding works with accordance to SS:CP14
- Liaise and coordinate internally with Clients and Contractors
- Comply to Company’s safety policy and safety management system and to enforce legislated safety requirement and the Company’s safety rules and regulations at site
- Supervise workers at site
- Identify the type of required scaffolding for the job
- Able to attend MOM site inspection
- Design and preplanning of the scaffold including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc.
- Lead the scaffold business unit and ensure that business objectives are delivered.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of work schedules (including manpower and materials).
- Must be knowledge on RA,SWP and FPP
- Maintaining record of inspections, incidents, and maintenance work
- Able to undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Metal/Timber Scaffold field in SINGAPORE.
- Certificate in MSEC, MWAH and BCSS
- Class 3 Driving Licence
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
