Job Description:
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise structural/ architectural works; coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent with min 5 years of relevant experience
- Good leadership skill and strong in decision making
