Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely disbursement, proper documentation received, accurate system data input, and after-disbursement procedures are performed within SLA and in accordance with stipulated guidelines.
- Support the team to ensure timely disbursement and accuracy in documentation.
- Liaise with Account Managers, Processing team, and HPSSS (HP Securities, Settlement and System) to ensure timely and accurate disbursement, meeting all compliance guidelines and conditions prior to disbursement.
- Support loan disbursement processes.
- Handle documentation and prepare reports as required.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external business partners.
- Perform any other related duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Banking, or Business related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a fast learner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
