The Role
o To perform support duties to ensure the smooth operation of clinics
o To maintain clinic facilities and assets daily
o To handle incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
o To maintain office filing systems and databases
o To ensure data accuracy and integrity in all records
o To establish and maintain effective communication and coordination
Requirements
* Minimum Nitec qualification
* Excellent communications skills and independent
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to perform ship boarding tasks
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
